Gourmet Hot Cocoa Mix
Fills 2 (1-quart, wide-mouth) jars
1 (25 oz) box instant non-fat dry milk
1 (16 ox) jar powdered coffee creamer
1 cup powdered sugar
1 (16 oz) container presweetened cocoa mix
1 (13 oz) jar chocolate malted milk powder
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well with a wire whisk. Pour into jars. Yields 9 ¾ cups. Store excess mix in an airtight container.
Accessories: Place lids and rings on tightly. Using a rubber band, secure a 9” circle of fabric to the lids. Using raffia or ribbon, attach gift tags with the directions.

1 cup boiling water
1. Place mix in a large mug; add boiling water
2. Stir until well blended
3. Adjust amount to suit your taste
4. Top with whipped cream, if desired
